Die Zusatzfunktionen wie Gewichtkontrolle und Wasser finde ich toll. Ich finde es sehr interessant in welcher Phase der Körper gerade ist und mir hilft es ungemein das ich besser durchhalte.

Je suis tombée sur cette application samedi dernier , et voulant perdre un peu de poids j'ai voulu tenter ...Aujourd'hui vendredi , j'ai perdu 2,5kg (en même pas une semaine ) !!! Suite : après 2 semaines , j'en suis à une perte total de 3.5kg !!! Et cette application est toujours parfaite pour les temps et aucun bug noté, je recommande !!! Suite : après 5 semaines : perte de 4,3kg depuis le départ.

Uygulamayı dün kurdum ama orucu sonlandır butonuna bastığım hâlde bugünkü orucumu kaydetmedi. Tamamlanan oruç 0 gün diyor. Ben kaç gün oruç tuttuğumu takip edemeyeceksem bu uygulamayı kullanmanın ne anlamı var? Benzerlerinden çok daha iyi bir uygulama ama lütfen bu sorunu çözün.

Luar biasa! Ini bener2 pengalaman ku sih, berkat aplikasi ini saya sempat turun 2kg dan stabil tapi ketika aku tidak menjadikan aplikasi ini pengingat/ pedoman ku sehari2, berat badan ku naik, jd intinya ini aplikasi akan benar2 berhasil jika kamu konsisten, mksdnya disaat kamu tdk berpuasa jgn lupa klik bahwa kamu sdg di jam makan, tp jika kamu sdg berpuasa jgn lupa jg klik bahwa kamu di jam puasa. Don't forget do that ! Thankyou, semoga sllu ada program utk yg tdk ikut premium ya!
